Multi-field coupling solutions of functionally graded two-dimensional piezoelectric quasicrystal wedges and spaces

Quasicrystal materials have aroused extensive attentions of researchers due to their excellent properties. In this paper, for the first time, functionally graded two-dimensional piezoelectric QC wedges and spaces which subjected line force, charge or dislocation are investigated. By virtue equilibrium constitutive equations, real form expressions stresses displacements directly derived without introducing complex vectors. All can be degraded classical solutions homogeneous when material parameters no concern with angle. Before numerical results presented, comparative study between from Stroh formalism our method is performed verify accuracy formulation procedure. The mechanical behaviors under different loads analyzed carefully by examples. reveal that variations stress displacement in each field much do wedge angle boundary conditions; force has little effect on lattice rearrangement. Moreover, used as references engineering application analyzing materials.
